Diwali, also known as Deepavali, festival of lights, is a significant Hindu festival celebrated by millions of people around the world. Diwali signifies the victory of good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. During Diwali, people decorate their homes with lights, colorful rangolis (artwork made with colored powders), and candles. It’s important to note that the specific traditions and customs of Diwali can vary between different regions, communities, and families. The festival holds deep cultural and religious significance and is a time for people to come together, celebrate, and spread joy.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi - 02 November 2023

Welcome to magical and historical country India. The Imperial Voyages Tour Manager will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Delhi is the entry point for the magical Golden Triangle with Golden Temple Tour. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi- 03 November 2023

After breakfast start Delhi sightseeing to explore historical and cultural part of Old and New Delhi. Morning begins your day with old Delhi with Jama Masjid. This mosque started in 1650 and completed in the year 1656 and made it the biggest mosque all over in India. Drive past tour of Red Fort. The best way to explore old Delhi is by walking. Explore the colorful, oldest, and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Experience a Cycle Rickshaw Ride which takes you through the narrow streets of the old Delhi Market Chandni Chowk. Raj Ghat: the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi who is remembered as the Father of Nation. Continue the sightseeing of new Delhi. The India Gate was built as a war memorial by Sir Edwin Lutyens to soldiers of the British Indian Army, who died during the First World War. Agrasen ki Baoli historic stepwell This is a unique historical monument situated in the heart of city near Connaught Place. The stepwell architecture served both utilitarian and social purposes. It provided a water source for the local community, especially during dry seasons, and the cool atmosphere within the baoli offered respite from the heat. Humayun's Tomb – This first Mughal construction in such great size and known as first Taj mahal. This world heritage site constructed for the second Mughal emperor Humayun in the mid-16th century by his wife Haji Begum. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi to Rishikesh-04 November 2023

After breakfast drove to Rishikesh. En-route take a stop Haridwar. The city is known for its rich cultural and religious heritage. Haridwar is considered the seventh holiest City for Hindus. Haridwar is an ancient pilgrimage site, held in reverence for centuries. Associated with both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu, Haridwar is among the seven sacred cities of India. Essentially a religious center which holds promise of salvation for devotees. Explore the city with a local Guide and roam around Ganges. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 04: Rishikesh 05 November 2023

Rishikesh is situated on the banks of the holy river Ganges, Rishikesh is renowned as a spiritual and yoga capital. The city is dotted with numerous ashrams, temples, and yoga centers where visitors can participate in yoga and meditation retreats, attend spiritual discourses, and learn various aspects of Hindu philosophy and spirituality. The Ganga Aarti (worship ritual) held at Triveni Ghat is a major attraction in Rishikesh. Devotees and visitors gather on the banks of the Ganges to witness the mesmerizing ceremony that involves chanting, prayer offerings, and the lighting of oil lamps.

Day 05: Rishikesh -Delhi 06 November 2023

Morning Yoga session at the hotel. After breakfast drove back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi. After noon free on leisure.

Day 06: Delhi – Agra 07 November 2023

After breakfast drive to Agra. visit Agra Fort– A unique masterpiece on the bank of Yamuna River. It is situated about 2.5 kilometers northwest of the Taj Mahal and holds significant historical and architectural importance. Agra Fort is another UNESCO World Heritage Site in the city of Agra. The Red Fort of Agra or Agra Fort was built by Emperor Akbar in 1573. The fort was once the erstwhile residence of the Mughals until the year 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The fort offers panoramic views of the Taj Mahal, making it an excellent complement to a visit to the iconic monument. 


Afternoon during sunset visit symbol of love Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is renowned for its beauty throughout the day, with the changing sunlight creating varying shades of white on the marble. However, it is particularly enchanting during sunrise and sunset when the colors of the sky further enhance its splendor. The Taj Mahal is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and attracts millions of visitors from around the globe. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal with white marble in the 17th century, it is among the finest edifices of Mughal architecture. The Taj Mahal stands not only as a symbol of eternal love but also as a testament to the architectural genius and cultural heritage of India. (Friday Closed).

Day 07: Agra – Ranthambore 08 November 2023

After breakfast drive to Ranthambore. En-route take a stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri.


a perfectly preserved red sandstone "ghost town" which was the estranged capital of Mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569. The city is renowned for its architectural grandeur, blending Persian, Indian, and Islamic styles and attraction is intricate carvings, geometric patterns, and decorative elements. Fatehpur Sikri stands as a well-preserved UNESCO World Heritage Site.


Ranthambore National Park is one of the biggest and most renowned national parks in Northern India. The park is in the Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan, which is about 130 km from Jaipur. Being considered as one of the famous and former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambore National Park terrain is major wildlife tourist attraction spot that has pulled the attention of many wildlife photographers and lovers in this destination. Ranthambore National Park is spread over an area of 1,334 sq km. The park is majorly famous for its tigers and is one of the best locations in India to see the majestic predators in its natural habitat. The tigers can be easily spotted even during the daytime busy at their ordinary quest- hunting and taking proper care of their young ones.

Day 08: Ranthambore 09 November 2023

Early morning tea/Coffee with Cookies then proceed for Jeep/canter Safari to the park for wildlife sighting. After sighting return to hotel for breakfast. Afternoon again start another Jeep /Canter safari to the park for wildlife Sighting. After safari return back to Overnight stay Ranthambore.

Day 09: Ranthambore – Jaipur 10 November 2023

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Jaipur, upon arrival installation at hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities or Visit Local animated Bazaar.

Evening takes a very special Jeep ride in Jaipur to enjoy the lighting of all Fort and palaces. This is the best time to explore the city and enjoy its beautiful lights. We organize tours with open Jeeps and are accompanied by a professional driver and Guide. In One jeep can be 4 Guest. We will explore many hidden parts of Jaipur that can be seen during the daytime. It’s a 3-hour drive with a private driver.

Day 10: Jaipur 11 November 2023

After breakfast, proceed for a full day city tour of Jaipur known as Pink City.


Hawa Mahal – 


Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, derives its name from its unique structure, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. The palace has 953 small windows intricately carved in sandstone. Hawa Mahal was built to provide a veiled vantage point for the royal women to observe the street processions and festivities without being seen by the public.  Morning is the best sun light on the Hawa Mahal to have photo stop.


Amber Fort: One of the most majestic and magnificent Fort in North India located 11 km from the city. Built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh I, Amber Fort represents a remarkable blend of Rajput and Mughal architectural styles. The fort is constructed using red sandstone and marble, and it is situated atop a hill, providing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.


Highlights of this palace is Hall of Public Audience, where the king used to address his Ministers and conduct public hearings. Mirror Palace is adorned with thousands of tiny mirrors, which were strategically placed to reflect even the smallest ray of light. Fort is located on Aravalli Hill, you enjoy an elephant ride, or opting for a jeep ride.


Observatory or Jantar Mantar


in UNESCO's world heritage sites Jantar Mantar built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh in 1727-33 and is built out of stone and brass. The complex is not only historically significant but also showcases the advanced knowledge and understanding of astronomy during that time. The observatory was primarily used for astronomical observations, including the measurement of time, the tracking of celestial movements, and the prediction of eclipses. It is a largest stone astronomical Instrument in the world.


City Palace: City Palace was built by Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur in 18th century as his residence. The architectural style of City Place is a beautiful combination of Rajput, European and Mughal style. The palace offers a glimpse into the royal lifestyle of the past and showcases a vast collection of artifacts, costumes, and artworks.

Day 11: Jaipur – Delhi 12 November 2023

After breakfast in hotel drive to Delhi to experience one of the biggest festivals of India Delhi (festival of Lights). After visit the Indian family to celebrate the Diwali festival. Experience the Pooja (prayer) and light and crackers with Family. Special Diwali dinner is also at home with Indian Family.

Day 12: Delhi 13 November 2023

After breakfast as per your flight schedule drive to Airport to catch international flight.
